Experience 1995 to Present – Justice Design Studio, PC
Position – Founder / Principal
As sole proprietor of Justice Design Studio, I have steered the firm into the resort, mixed-use development
market, gaining a reputation with clients and owners as a skilled land planner, programmer, and resort
architectural specialist. The firms experience also goes beyond resort developments into planned
communities, multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and higher education type projects.
Experience 2000 to Present – Justice Group, LLC
Position – Founder / Owner
The Justice Group was formed specifically to pursue real estate development opportunities separate from
Justice Design Studio. Development services include assistance in programming, planning, scheduling,
budgeting, funding search, and project management. Justice Group is presently providing assistance to
owners and developers, and in several projects participating as a development partner. Over the past ten
years Justice Group has been involved in over thirty projects.
Experience 2011 to 2014 – Jacobs Engineering
Project Manager
After the financial market crash and layoff of all of Justice Design Studio employees, I went to work for
Jacobs as a senior architect working on a $10-Billion silicon production facility which had a thirty-five building
campus. I wrote all the architectural specification and assisted the project manager in the code review and
analysis for the project.
After one year with Jacobs, I was promoted to project manager overall design disciplines (architectural,
structural and MEP) for a $2-Billion methanol production facility. I handled client interface, personnel,
scheduling, design and construction administration. While managing the methanol project I also worked on
the design of several smaller facility additions, and I assisted Jacobs in going after new projects.
Experience 1985 to 1995 – Design Partnership, Inc
Position – Founder / Principal
I was one of three founding partners, who grew the firm to an eighteen-person strong firm. The firm gained
notoriety and expertise in the area for food service, higher education, and government type work. My focus
in the firm was mainly in the area of higher education, government, and industrial sectors. In addition to
managing projects, I handled the firm’s financials and personnel issues.
