Suzy has a diverse background in all levels of management, systems implementation, marketing, public event operations and sales. Suzy’s two decades of operational management and organizational leadership in the tourist industry allows her to focus on developing, improving and managing operations as part of the Eagle Group of Northwest Florida.
She has a demonstrated history as a high-performance leader, providing coaching and mentoring to large, diverse teams with effective results. Suzy has a talent for developing & managing new start up entities and troubleshooting existing programs. Businesses such as Shipwreck Island Waterpark in Panama City Beach Florida, Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas and municipalities such as The City of Rogers, Arkansas and The City of Panama City Beach, Florida have enjoyed increased production and annual profit as a result.
As the General Manager of a new $15 million aquatics complex & waterpark, Suzy envisioned, created and implemented the operating structure for all aspects of this tourist destination. She drove sales and maximized customer awareness & satisfaction by building professional relationships and marketing strategically within the community. Direct, quality training and supervision of the 150 employees and volunteers provided the operational foundation to generate annual revenues and productivity well above projections.
Suzy was acknowledged as a sales leader while working for Century 21 Beach Realty in Panama City Beach, FL as a licensed Realtor. Locating and assembling properties for development has been Suzy’s favorite real estate challenge, resulting in the $26 million sale of the 16-acre Miracle Strip Amusement Park property in 2005. She continues to successfully work with developers and investors as a member of Beachy Beach Real Estate in Panama City, FL.
She offers a rich heritage in NW Florida and provides guidance and knowledge to clients, of all levels, as they traverse the challenges of buying & selling. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every real estate interaction – large or small. A Florida native, Suzy has a great love for the area and desires to see sage and sustainable development complement and enhance the majesty of the Florida panhandle.
Teaching children to swim is a passion for Suzy. In her free time, this American Red Cross Master Instructor and USA Registered Swim Coach will often be seen at the pool or in the gulf, training & empowering families to navigate the area waters with proficiency and confidence.
